About the Speaker

Wang Hui, Vice President of Shanghai Huahe Group and Executive Dean of Huahui Research Institute; holds an LL.M. in International Tax Law from Leiden University, Netherlands, certified as Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Tax Agent, member of International Fiscal Association (IFA), and Senior Economist; Council Member of Shanghai Law Society Fiscal and Tax Law Research Committee, Senior Expert in "International Compliance Management Expert Pool" of China General Chamber of Commerce.

Serves as Industry Mentor for Tax Law Master's programs at Fudan University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai Customs College, and Xiamen University COTP program, and Visiting Researcher at International Tax Research Center of Central University of Finance and Economics.

With over 20 years of international tax consulting and management experience, formerly served as Global Tax Director at century-old multinational enterprise Singapore-based Wanbang Group, leading tax management across Americas, Africa, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions for logistics, shipping, offshore engineering, trade, real estate, and private equity investment divisions.
